What size are your flower walls?
8 ft x 8 ft
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Same day delivery, setup, and pick up. Price is included in rental fee.
How much does it cost to rent?
- Rental fee is $350 (includes delivery, setup, and pick up). $30 additional fee to add LED sign. $100 refundable security deposit is required to reserve. Security deposit will be refunded at time of pick up if items are returned in same condition as received.
How do I reserve ?
Submit reservation request form. Once approved and security deposit received a rental agreement will be emailed to you.
How long does it take to set up?
It takes less than one hour to set up flower wall.
What areas do you service?
We service all areas within 25 miles of Hattiesburg, MS.
How long is rental?
Rental is same day delivery and pickup. Times are based on event needs.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted via email or text. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to event date will receive a full refund of security deposit. Cancellations 7-13 days prior to event date will receive a 50% refund of security deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event date will receive no refund. If rental is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, natural disaster) refunds may be issued at the discretion of BTS. No-shows or failure to accept delivery of rental items will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
What's included in the rental?
One flower wall is included in the rental. A LED sign may be added for an additional cost ($30).
What types of events can the flower wall be used for?
Flower walls may be used for any type of event. (e.g. wedding, birthday party, baby shower, office party, etc.)
What surface is required for flower wall setup?
It is recommended that a flat surface be available for setup. If interested in adding an LED sign it is recommended that setup be near an electrical outlet.
Can I customize colors of the flower wall?
No. We do not offer color customization of flower walls at this time.
Is the LED sign included?
No. The LED sign is not included. It is an additional $30.
